Privacy Policy

The Human Version

We respect your privacy. Like, genuinely. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across the internet, and we definitely don't care what you had for breakfast (unless you want to share—we're always down for food talk).

What We Collect

  • First-party cookies: These keep the site running smoothly and remember your preferences (like if you accepted this cookie notice).
  • Basic analytics: We use simple, privacy- respecting analytics to see which pages people visit. No creepy tracking, no fingerprinting, no nonsense.
  • Email (if you contact us): If you reach out via email, we'll have your email address. We use it to reply to you. That's it.

What We Don't Do

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use invasive tracking scripts
  • Store unnecessary personal information
  • Share your info with advertisers

Your Rights

You have the right to know what data we have (spoiler: not much), request deletion, or ask questions. Email us at privacy@onemoretab.software and we'll actually respond like humans.

Terms of Service

The TL;DR

Use our apps and website responsibly. Don't be a jerk. Don't try to break things. We're not liable if something goes wrong, but we'll do our best to fix it if it does.

Using Our Apps

When you use ApexTracker or SideQuest, you agree to:

  • Use the apps for their intended purpose (tracking rides, managing tasks, etc.)
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise mess with our code
  • Keep your account credentials secure (we're not responsible if you share your password with your sketchy cousin)

Liability & Disclaimers

We build our apps with care, but we're human. Things can go wrong. Here's the deal:

  • Our apps are provided "as is" — we don't guarantee perfection
  • We're not liable for lost data (though we work hard to prevent it)
  • If something breaks, email us and we'll fix it as fast as humanly possible

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we'll let you know. We won't pull any sneaky bait-and-switch nonsense.
